Main functionalities

• Collaborative hiring workspace – Invite the entire hiring team to review candidates, share feedback, and make decisions together in one place.
• Centralized candidate communication – Track and manage all messages, interviews, and touchpoints with candidates without losing context.
• Shared candidate evaluations – Collect structured feedback, notes, and scores from everyone involved to reduce bias and improve alignment.
• AI-powered hiring support – Use AI to assist with screening, summaries, and insights while keeping humans in control of final decisions.
• Candidate storytelling tools – Give candidates space to go beyond a résumé and share their experience, motivation, and strengths in their own words.

Test Job.

We’re looking for a curious and motivated developer to join our small product team and help build features that customers actually use every day. You’ll work closely with designers and founders to ship fast, improve user experience, and contribute across both frontend and backend systems. You should be comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and working in a startup-style environment where collaboration and ownership matter. Nice-to-have skills include PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, AWS, and experience with AI-powered products. Responsibilities include building new product features, fixing bugs, reviewing code, participating in product discussions, and helping improve overall application performance and reliability.
