Senior Product Designer

I'm Masood, a principal designer at Chime. We're seeking a senior product designer for our spending team, particularly focused on our credit card product, which I initially developed. The aim is to enhance spending and account creation by offering a better credit card option for underserved communities. The work involves growth activation and retention strategies, such as rewards to incentivize direct deposits and subtle cross-selling within the product. You'll be part of a fun, straightforward team, collaborating closely with Anuj, a principal product manager, and coordinating with engineering, operations, legal, and compliance. Comfort in cross-functional interactions and managing ambiguity is essential.
